Where it all began
Founded as a sole proprietorship in 2017 by Lydia Kotze, Lutzville Properties became a registered company in 2019 with Lydia and her daughter, Anneli Louw, as co-directors and principal agents.
The company rapidly expanded, hiring its first property practitioner for sales, followed by three more professionals to manage rentals and sales in Lutzville, Koekenaap, Standfontein, and Vredendal.
As a mother and daughter duo, we have poured our hearts into building a company grounded in trust, integrity, and personal connection.
